• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: until 12:00 PM
• Included: hotel-quality linen and beach towels (bathrobes available on request)
• Baby bed and high chair: available on request (free of charge)
• Pets and smoking: not allowed

 Extra costs

• Final cleaning: €125
• Energy surcharge: €6 per day (consumption above 15 kwh will be deducted from the deposit)
• Interim cleaning (obligatory for stays >9 nights): €85
• Tourist tax: 7%

Payment & Cancellation

• 50% upon booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival
• 100% refund if cancelled up to 90 days before arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellation within 30 days of arrival
